Standard Products

For standard, non-customized products, return requests may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

The item is unused and in its original condition.

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

Custom Products

Because customized products are manufactured according to customer specifications, custom orders cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or contain manufacturing defects.
