How does your return policy work?

Return Rules:

1. Buyers can request a refund for damaged goods, provided the application is submitted within 7 days of signing for the package.
2. If the package arrives broken or damaged, please open the box immediately to inspect the items. Take photos as evidence and file a compensation claim with the courier. If the items have no quality issues, you may sign for them. Return applications cannot be accepted once the goods have been signed for more than 7 days.
3. Please send photos of the damaged items and the packaging to our customer service team at jelimate002@outlook.com.
4. We will review your request and get back to you within 24 hours.
5. Customized items are non-refundable. However, if there is a quality issue caused during delivery, we will provide a replacement.
6. All returned items must be unused, unwashed, and complete with original tags and packaging. Items returned in non-resalable condition are not eligible for a refund and will be sent back to you. You must use outer packaging to protect the goods during return transit.

How can I send my item back to you?

You will be responsible for shipping your items back to us, including choosing the courier and shipping service. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

How long do I need to wait to get my refund?

We typically process returns within 2 business days of receipt. You will receive an email update once processed. Refunds are issued through the original payment method:

• PayPal: Refunds usually appear immediately.
• Bank Cards: May take up to 10 business days depending on your provider's processing time.

Important: Any claims must be lodged within 7 days of the goods arriving at the destination. Claims made after this period will require the client to bear the corresponding costs.
