Return items must be properly packed.

New, unused, full original tags, accessories & packaging.
Damaged, worn or incomplete goods will be rejected; buyer bears all costs.
1.4 Damaged/Defective Goods
Send photo/video proof to jelimate002@outlook.com within 7 days. We reply in 24h.
Full refund or free replacement for confirmed defects. Custom goods only replaceable for transit/manufacturing flaws.

No reason needed; deadline extended to next workday if on holiday.
Easy 2-step return process. Missing legal notice extends window to 12 months +14 days.
