For standard, non-customized products, return requests may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

Custom Products

Because customized products are manufactured according to customer specifications, custom orders cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or contain manufacturing defects.

If your custom order has a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipment and provide photos or videos for evaluation. We will arrange an appropriate solution, including repair, replacement, or compensation where applicable.
