1.1 Return Time

7 calendar days after receipt for non-EU orders; custom goods non-refundable.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

Custom products, sale goods, gift cards, used/shot display models.
Return items must be properly packed.

1.3 Item Requirements

New, unused, full original tags, accessories & packaging.
Damaged, worn or incomplete goods will be rejected; buyer bears all costs.

1.4 Damaged/Defective Goods

Send photo/video proof to jelimate002@outlook.com within 7 days. We reply in 24h.
Full refund or free replacement for confirmed defects. Custom goods only replaceable for transit/manufacturing flaws.

EU rules override global terms.

2.1 14-Day Free Return Window

No reason needed; deadline extended to next workday if on holiday.
Easy 2-step return process. Missing legal notice extends window to 12 months +14 days.

2.2 Return Criteria

Unused, complete original package + order proof.

2.3 Exempt Goods

Perishables, custom, opened sealed, hazardous/flammable items, promotions, gift cards.

4. Refund Info

Refund processed within 2 workdays after inspection, email alert sent.
